Our solo braider focuses on neat, lightweight styles and your comfort and natural hair health, with care taken to avoid unnecessary tension. Booking and Walk-Ins Appointments: We recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred date and time. A card is required to book online. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. As I travel to the salon for scheduled services, the deposit helps protect your appointment time and reduce last-minute no-shows. It will be applied toward your service total. If you are unable to use a card, call or text us. You may send the required payment through Cash App or Venmo, and we can book the appointment for you. Walk-ins: Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please call or text before coming in to confirm availability and avoid unnecessary waiting. Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling Please review the salon’s deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies. Late Arrivals A 30-minute late policy applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. Significant delays may require cancellation of your appointment. Service and Satisfaction Policy All completed hair services are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your hairstyle, please contact us within three days of your appointment. Corrections or service credit may be offered when appropriate. Hair and Sensitivity Information We provide pre-stretched Kanekalon braiding hair and deep-wave curly hair for eligible styles. Hair is not provided for Kinky Twists, Passion Twists, Crochet, Miracle Knots, or Faux Locs. Please bring your own hair for these services. Please let your stylist know about any sensitivities to synthetic hair or hair products before your service begins. Cancellation Policy
💳 DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late cancellations or no-shows.
⚠️ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Appointments booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered last-minute bookings. Because the appointment is already within the 24-hour cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled.
However, if you cancel within 1 hour of making a last-minute booking, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment at the salon’s discretion.
To book a new appointment after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required.
